Full-Time: Membership Clerk - Analyst

KQED is looking for a Membership Clerk – Analyst to join our Membership Operations team. You are responsible for supporting projects, exercising an understanding of data to make process and workflow recommendations, performing data checks, resolving member issues, drafting documents, and providing exemplary customer service.

This is a NABET (National Association of Broadcast Employees &Technicians) represented position.

Responsibilities:

Note: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Effectively interact with members to compile, understand and resolve their issues
  • Maintain call records/logs and resolution detail utilizing case management solution
  • Communicate and provide knowledge transfer to other staff
  • Provide excellent customer service and experience
  • Assess, analyze and research data problems and recommend viable alternatives for consideration
  • Communicate effectively with wide variety of people
  • Participate in special data-related projects as needed
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, maintaining and revising instructions/documents/manuals/processes/SOPs

Skills / Qualifications Required:

  • 2+ years customer service or similar experience
  • 2+ years database experience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Clear understanding of logical and physical database design and data
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and procedures quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines & multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
