Full-Time Limited Term: Digital Campaign Manager, Corporate Sponsorship
Title: Digital Campaign Manager, Corporate Sponsorship (Temporary)
Schedule Format - Location: Hybrid - San Francisco
Pay Information: $75,510 - $94,388
Limited Term, Full Time - 3 Years (2029)
The Integrated Digital Campaign Manager owns the full lifecycle of digital sponsorship campaigns across KQED's platforms; from trafficking and launch through pacing, optimization, and reporting. This role ensures the integrity and performance of all digital activations across KQED.org, podcasts, email newsletters, video on demand, OTT, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and mobile apps.
A growing strategic responsibility of this role involves developing social media sponsorship and monetization opportunities on Instagram and TikTok in partnership with the Marketing department. This requires designing sponsorship packages, building standardized workflows, establishing QA processes, and enabling sponsors to be meaningfully acknowledged within KQED's social presence.
The role also pilots new incremental digital revenue opportunities as KQED's digital strategies evolve. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, ability to test and iterate quickly, and willingness to build structures where none yet exist. This is a mid-level specialist position with significant independent ownership and cross-functional collaboration. The role works closely with the Activation Manager, Broadcast Specialist, and Marketing department.
KQED envisions a public media organization with a culture that centers on human dignity, equity, and belonging. This will enable us to better serve and reflect the Bay Area through diverse and inclusive storytelling.
We value the contributions of marginalized people in society — including Black, Indigenous, and all people of color, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ people — and we believe that these communities must be centered in the work we do, and we strongly encourage members of these communities to apply.

The mission that drives us:
KQED provide citizens of Northern California with a community-supported alternative to commercial media. We provide citizens with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions; convene community dialogue; bring the arts to everyone and engage audiences to share their stories. We help students and teachers thrive in 21st-century classrooms, and take people of all ages on journeys of exploration- exposing them to new people, places and ideas.
This role will work hybrid between working in KQED's newly renovated headquarters and working remotely.
