Associate Director, Leadership Gifts
The Associate Director, Leadership Gifts works in tandem with the Executive Director of Leadership Gifts to oversees and supervises all aspects of donors giving $5,000 to $9,999. This includes donor strategy, planning renewal and special campaigns, data analysis and donor stewardship. Working in collaboration with the Portfolio Management team ($10,000 and above), this position also coordinates the writing of major donor correspondence, including solicitation and renewal letters. Attention to detail, strong project management skills, and a desire to create and maintain orderly systems are key qualities for this position.

This role will be hybrid between working in KQED's newly renovated headquarters and working remotely. KQED requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or to provide documentation of a need for exemption.Salary Information: $105,247 - $131,559

Other Job Functions: During times of heavy gift volume (e.g. end of year, end of fiscal year), may be called upon to assist with gift processing duties such as photocopying financial backup paperwork, data entry, and drafting acknowledgement letters.
