Full-time: Technical Project Manager

As Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. In this role, you will help teams define and achieve project objectives. We are seeking a strong cross-functional leader with a hands-on approach, with excellent decision making and prioritizing abilities. Please note, remote work arrangements will be considered.

Essential Functions: 

  • Manage projects throughout entire execution to ensure success to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Build and maintain complete project schedule for different projects, make it constantly visible to management and key stakeholders, and drive it through to completion. Provide regular status reporting on progress.
  • Communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels effectively, providing encouragement, identifying problems, creating solutions, and implementing efficiency improvements.
  • Drive business analysis process design and documentation of feature assessment, requirements gathering, analyzing, and communicating stakeholder needs
  • Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

Credentials/Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree (STEM field a plus) with at least 5-7 years of professional experience

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • 5+ year’s project management experience with IT Infrastructure, applications or cloud projects, running cross functional projects, end-to-end implementation, procurement, and deployment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (and they enjoyed working with you).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to coach and lead by example as needed
  • Ability to see the big picture and tackle challenges with a high degree of pragmatism, diligence and attention to detail
  • Ability to remove blockers, address incidents and ‘get things done’
  • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and a hunger for learning new tools/techniques
  • Proactive, autonomous

Knowledge/Experience Desired:

  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence (preferred)
  • PMP or ACP (Agile) certification
